    FORM CRS

Garrison Point Capital, LLC is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as an investment adviser and, as such, we provide advisory services rather than brokerage services. Brokerage and investment advisory services and fees differ and it is important for you, our client, to understand the differences. Additionally, free and simple tools are available to research firms and financial professionals at Investor.gov/CRS, which also provides educational materials about broker-dealers, investment advisers, and investing. Form CRS (Client Relationship Summary) is a summary of the services and fees we offer to “retail” investors, which are natural persons who seek or receive services primarily for personal, family, or household purposes.

Indexes and benchmarks may not directly correlate or only partially relate to your portfolio as they have different underlying investments and may use different strategies or have different objectives than your portfolio (e.g. The Bloomberg Barclays US Aggregate Bond Index, ticker “LBUSTRUU Index”, is a broad-based flagship benchmark that measures the investment grade, US dollar-denominated, fixed-rate taxable bond market, the BBB US Corporate Index, ticker “C0A4 Index”, is a subset of the US Corporate Index, which tracks investment grade corporate debt publicly issued in the US domestic market, that includes all securities rated BBB1 through BBB3, the Bloomberg Barclays US High Yield Index, ticker “LF98TRUU Index”, measures the US dollar-denominated, high yield, fixed-rate corporate bond market, and the S&P 500 Index, ticker “SPX Index”, is a composite 500 of the largest domestic equities). The portfolio may not include the same investment strategies or investments that are included in the Bloomberg Barclays US Aggregate Bond Index, Bloomberg Barclays US High Yield Index, BBB US Corporate Index, or S&P 500 Index.

All investment strategies have the potential for profit or loss; changes in investment strategies, contributions or withdrawals may materially alter the performance and results of a portfolio. Different types of investments involve varying degrees of risk, and there can be no assurance that any specific investment will be suitable or profitable for a client’s investment portfolio.
